Description of Bitumen PG 76-16
Performance Grade (PG) 76-16 is a high-performance polymer modified bitumen designed for regions with very high temperatures (up to +76°C) and moderate cold conditions (down to -16°C).
It is ideal for heavy-duty highways, high traffic areas, airport runways, freight terminals, and hot-climate regions where conventional bitumen grades fail to resist rutting and deformation.
Also, PG 76-16 is typically modified using SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) polymer or rubber to enhance elasticity, adhesive strength, and aging resistance.
