The mechanical, chemical and dielectric properties of this coating adequately protect the steel pipelines for water and methane as well as pipes for electric power generation.
We are Iranian producer of bitumen enamel is a pipe coating products applied durable coating based on bitumen enamel which is a type of modified bitumen that has been successfully used for many years for corrosion protection of steel pipes.
Bitumen Enamel is produced from petroleum bitumen, refined crude oil which is obtained by vacuum distillation. The petroleum bitumen is oxidized at the PLC automated reactors and mixed with inert filler. This modified product can be used for the corrosion protection of onshore and offshore pipelines.
Bitumen Enamel is a well-proven pipe coating material which has a good track record. The majority of oil and gas pipelines in the North Sea have been coated by this system.
